Equipment
Mission-selected equipment and utility devices, with interfaces and operating limits defined for each implementation.
SOFOS UTILITY™ / A DIVISION OF SOFOS INDUSTRIES
Equipment. Tools. Machines.
Intelligence at the point of work.
01 / FOLLOW THE POWER
No vehicle on site? Choose portable PowerFabric, or normal mains electricity for compatible electrical equipment. Select a supply route, then follow the connection to the work.
CHOOSE THE AVAILABLE SUPPLY
02 / SOFOS UTILITY / THE EQUIPMENT PROGRAMME
SOFOS UTILITY brings professional equipment, tools and machines to a shared PowerFabric connection. Supply can come from an equipped vehicle, a portable PowerFabric unit or compatible mains electricity. Individual tool battery packs are not required for this connected range.
Mission-selected equipment and utility devices, with interfaces and operating limits defined for each implementation.
External tools connected to the resources they need, with availability and connection requirements established before use.
Working machinery integrated into a coordinated operation. The host and its local controls retain responsibility for physical execution.
03 / POWERFABRIC / FIVE MATCHED SERVICE PATHS
PowerFabric connects available resources to the work through matched, service-specific interfaces. Vehicle, portable and site sources can supply the appropriate service; electrical cables, air lines and hydraulic hoses retain their own compatible connections.
PF-DC / SERVICE PATH
Electrical DC from a compatible vehicle or portable source, or mains through the specified AC-to-DC supply unit, protected cable and equipment connector.
Match voltage, polarity, current and connector. A DC tool does not plug directly into an AC wall socket.
The range includes electrical tools and distinct service-specific equipment. Available services depend on the host; one connector is not interchangeable across every resource.

E-M05 / Drone Support Dock Aircraft-specific chargers and storage. The aircraft is separate, and charging completion does not authorise flight.
E-M06 / Communications Support Kit Power, mounting and cable service. A terminal is included only when explicitly bundled.
05 / MACHINERY / FOLLOW THE MATERIAL
Explore the first SOFOS UTILITY machinery concepts. Select a stage to see its purpose and how it could fit within a coordinated operation.
ILLUSTRATIVE MATERIAL-PREPARATION AND HANDLING SEQUENCE. PLANT LAYOUT AND STAGE ORDER DEPEND ON THE FEEDSTOCK AND REQUIRED PRODUCT; THESE MACHINES DO NOT THEMSELVES CONVERT WOOD INTO BIOCHAR OR GRAPHITE.
METERED FEED
Receive prepared material and meter a steady feed into the next stage.
The hopper buffers incoming material; an enclosed feeder controls delivery to the conveyor.
Metered feed
Receive prepared material and meter a steady feed into the next stage.
Size reduction
Reduce bulky material to a manageable size before screening.
Size grading
Separate prepared material into larger and finer fractions.
Material transfer
Move selected material between equipment or into storage.
Packaged output
Meter recovered material into bulk bags for storage and distribution.
SPECIALIST MACHINERY / TYRE PREPARATION
The containerised Tyre Processing Module illustrates a specialist preparation line with tyre infeed and rubber-chip outfeed. It is a separate configuration from the timber examples above.
PowerFabric electrical service connects compatible machinery to an equipped host or configured site supply. Connections and operating limits are defined for each installation.
The machines belong to SOFOS UTILITY. Loaders, lifters and H-Series support vehicles remain part of SOFOS Mobility.
Dark titanium, brushed silver and matte forest green connect the equipment visually. HELIONIX installations can retain their customer branding and fleet treatment.

06 / INTELLIGENCE / LOAD SCHEDULING
The Tool Hub admits demand against the smallest applicable host, converter, connector, thermal and mission limit, while retaining protected loads and recovery reserves.
ILLUSTRATIVE ENGINEERING EXAMPLE
Demonstration inputs from the equipment architecture. These are not vehicle or equipment ratings.
The washer, pump, work lighting and communications draw 2.80 kW at startup. Under this example’s 2.50 kW limit, the combined request is not admitted.
07 / UTILITY IN THE OPERATION
Utility equipment can work with a Mobility host while remaining a distinct programme. H-Series vehicles shown here illustrate integration contexts; they are part of SOFOS Mobility.
MOBILITY / H5
Tools, service equipment and PowerFabric connections brought to the working location.
MOBILITY / H7
A utility support platform for equipment and mission-selected loads.

08 / WORKSHOP / E-M01
A workshop that travels with the operation. Reusable cases, fitted tool drawers and managed supply leads keep equipment organised around the vehicle.
09 / WORKFABRIC / COORDINATED WORKWEAR CONCEPT
Dark titanium jacket, trousers, gloves and branded protective eyewear carry the same restrained SOFOS UTILITY identity as the equipment.
Coordinated garments and discreet silver branding, with practical storage and freedom of movement as design priorities.
WorkFabric complements the externally powered working setup, organised tools and mobile workshop.
Dark titanium leads SOFOS UTILITY. Forest green panels illustrate the HELIONIX fleet treatment; HELIONIX retains its own corporate identity.
WORKWEAR AND EYEWEAR ARE VISUAL CONCEPTS; PROTECTIVE RATINGS ARE NOT CLAIMED.
10 / WORK PACKAGES / CONTROLLED INCLUSIONS
Select the equipment for the job, then qualify the combined host, mounting, interfaces, startup demand and duty. Candidate bundles are integration programmes, rather than universal compatibility claims.
Select a vehicle supply, portable PowerFabric unit or compatible mains connection; add the specified lead, Tool Hub where needed, tools and workshop storage. Match the source to the task before work starts.
Selected AC or DC service module, transfer pump and stationary lighting mast. Match fluid compatibility, deployment conditions and protected energy reserves.
Aircraft-specific support dock or terminal support kit with a qualified power module. Aircraft, terminals and network entitlements remain identifiable inclusions.
BARCELONA / PLANNED PRODUCTION WORKSTREAM
Supplier assurance, connection assembly, module build, source integration, serial provisioning and service support form the planned Utility production sequence. The portable range supports matched electrical tools and multiple supply routes.
11 / ONE MISSION FABRIC
SOFOS Utility connects mission intent, qualified requests and operating evidence through the SOFOS Device Black Box. Each host retains its own local control and safety interlocks.
